Live Streamed Yoga Classes
I live stream yoga class every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 5 PM Pacific. Watch me on YouTube, Facebook or Twitch!
Supporting My Live Stream Classes
If you regularly watch my live streamed yoga classes, please consider supporting me. There are three levels of support you can provide:
- Casual Yogi ($10 per month) - You are an occasional viewer of my livestreams and your support is much appreciated!
- Regular Yogi ($50 per month) - You regularly practice yoga using my livestreams and video, and this tier enables you to better support my ability to bring you the classes you enjoy. Furthermore, I will regularly give supporters at this level extra content, like live stream or recorded classes only available to supporters.
- Master Yogi ($100 per month) - In addition to all the benefits of the Regular Yoga level, I will schedule a 1-hour private yoga class (or two 30 minutes classes) with you each month via a video call. During this call I will give you personalized instruction on how to improve your yoga practice.
I accept payments through either Patreon or PayPal. I also accept a one time payment at the Casual Yogi rate if aren't ready to commit to a monthly support subscription.

Private Yoga Classes
If you want personal attention and guidance on how to improve your yoga practice, I can be scheduled for private video calls. The format of this call can be customized to your needs. The call can be either a private yoga or Qi Gong class or instruction on specific yoga positions, during which I can give you advice and guidance tailored to your needs. The rate for these calls is $45 for 30 minutes or $80 for one hour, paid in advance.
